Emotions let us be human


We are achievers; we experiment with incredible emotions; we are open to evolution, and we learn in synchronicity with our actions.

Liberating power is leading, and leading is evolving.


I like the notion of tacit knowledge. This is the magic that happens in being ourselves. The knowledge that is part of us, comes through us without our mind or any great effort. It is the knowledge of being that we are, and taking action based on our personal feelings.


It's important to be mindful of this power and use it in a way that will bring peace and harmony into our lives. We have to be careful not to get stuck in our own preconceived notions or judgments about how the world should be.


We have to be open to new ideas, strive for a better understanding of our fellow human beings, and use our creativity to make a real difference in the world. By looking inward and outward at the same time, we can create an environment that is filled with joy, love, and compassion. We are capable of changing the world for the better, but it starts with us.


It's essential to recognize that our brain gathers information through our emotional experiences, which is essential for our survival. Our brain has a vast capacity to store this knowledge, and emotions can aid us in accessing this valuable resource.

Neurologist Donald Caine highlights the fundamental difference between emotion and intellect: emotions prompt action, while intellect prompts judgments. Therefore, when action is necessary, emotions play a crucial role.


And what has happened in our culture?


We have been taught to suppress our emotions and rely solely on logical thinking. As a result, we have disconnected from our intuition and emotions. Emotions are often viewed as a negative and a sign of weakness. However, emotions are a form of valuable information and should not be dismissed. They serve a purpose and should not be ignored.




The issue lies not with the emotions themselves, but rather with our connection to them. If we suppress our emotions and deny them the chance to be expressed, they can turn harmful. However, acknowledging and embracing our emotions can serve as a valuable source of insight and direction.
